Beautiful old NECKLACE, 50s vintage, multi-colored glass cabochons, High Fashion designer CIS countess Cissy ZOLTOWSKA, total length 39 cm, height 3.5 cm, weight 66 g, good condition. Countess Cissy Zoltowska - a name synonymous with elegance and refinement - was an exceptional artist who became world famous thanks to her fascinating jewelry designs. Born Maria Assunta Frankel-Fonseca in Vienna to a Hungarian mother and an Austrian father, Austro-Hungarian nobility. She married the Polish Count Zoltowski. Cissy ZOLTOWSKA created for Pierre Balmain, Jacques Fath, Helena Rubenstein and Balenciaga, Lord & Taylor, Bergdorf Goodman. During the 50s and 60s, it designed 300 models each year for the French, German and American markets. Very few of his creations are signed and are very rare. She died in 2004 and her pieces are highly sought after and collected.     Magnificent old massive NECKLACE, 60s vintage, glass beads, rhinestones, exceptional quality work, by FRANÇOISE MONTAGUE, length of the necklace (the smallest row) 38 cm, weight 323 g, NECKLACE is in good condition, except for the transparent oval pendants which are damaged. You can take them off as they are detachable. Françoise MONTAGUE took over the De Saurma jewelry workshop at the end of the 1940s. After the takeover, his most important clients are Nina Ricci and Franck & Fils. Montague's creations are not marked and it is often difficult to identify them correctly. Montague continued to work in the business through the 1950s and 1960s, winning awards including the Grand Prix des Créations de Bijouterie Costumerie in 1961, and maintaining a loyal following. In 1978 the business was taken over by Marion Stern who still oversees the Françoise Montague workshop in Paris.
