About the Item
Superb necklace crafted from eight cabochon polished cabochon graduated moss agate gemstones set in 925 silver and strung in the lavaliere style popular during the first half of the 20th century, in excellent condition.
Moss agate is a semi-precious stone known for its green inclusions that resemble moss or foliage, although the stones in this necklace have a more reddish-brown hue. The design incorporates oval and teardrop-shaped stones, linked together with silver chains, creating a flowing and organic aesthetic.
