Victorian 9 karat Slinky Long Guard Snake Chain, 44"
About the Item
This beautiful gold chain has a nice thick substantial link and its smooth and slinky texture reminds one of the "slinky" toy of old, in that it falls smoothly in place no matter how it lands . This chain is referred to as a 3/4 long guard chain. At 44 inches long and 1/8 of an inch wide it can be looped over the head and worn 2 or 3 times around. The chain looks well with bulky sweaters or open necklines, with a suit or jeans and a tee shirt. This classic chain can be worn every day, is almost indestructible in that it does not bend or crease no matter how much it is handled. A classic chain for your collection.
