18K Yellow Gold, with 7.36 carats pave' Burmese Rubies. Adorned with scattered excellent quality brilliant cut Diamonds of 0.41 carats. The chain is also handcrafted, 18K Yellow Gold, 23cm long on each side of the centerpiece. There are two extra larger links, so that the necklace has a total of three possible lengths (54cm, 50cm,1 46cm). Small twist: the two diamonds on each side of the chain, near the pendant....
