This Fig Garden drop pendant necklace is crafted in 18 karat yellow gold and features a natural moonstone. The gem drop is designed to allow light to pass through, giving it a radiant appearance. The necklace measures approximately 4 cm in length and has been featured in Vogue UA.
The inspiration for this jewellery collection came from Berlin-based artist Polya Medvedeva's love of figs, specifically the sweet and fresh notes found in fig fragrances. The collection is a homage to anyone who appreciates the delicious fruit and the sunny places where it grows.
Figs have a rich history in ancient myths and are often associated with the forbidden fruit mentioned in the Bible. In the Garden of Eden, fig leaves were used as the first clothing for humans. The fig tree was also considered sacred in many ancient cultures.

Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
