An early nineteenth century sacred French porcelain with an exquisite depiction of Jesus creates the important focal element of this one of a kind necklace. The elaborate collar like chaining combines additional antique nineteenth century elements of Austro Hungarian filigree panels with Amethyst cabochons alongside ten beautifully hand set black onyx cabochons. Four bezel set antique sacred medals are interspersed between the lovely organic links, with two of the larger medals having 12 x 10 mm Amethyst oval cabochon festoon drops. It is important to note the amazing Austro Hungarian clasp. The overall length of this heirloom necklace is 21 inches with 4.75 inch drop including the 16 x 12 mm oval Amethyst cabochon in beaded frame.
