The openwork frame of the offset circular frame is further embellished with a seed pearl to the cardinal points of the feature garnet. The lower crescent shaped portion of the frame is ornamented with a floral design comprised of five seed pearls, with emanating paired leaf designs incorporating eighteen pavé set mine cut diamonds.
