Originally purchased from Barneys New York in the 1980s, this hand-made 18K / 22K gold pendant necklace features a cushion-cut ruby weighing approximately 3 carats, set in a hand-made 22K gold box. The pendant is attached to an exquisitely crafted 24-inch 18K yellow gold twisted link elegant chain with a width of 2mm.
