Striking, large triple strand Asian motif pearl, coral, onyx and sponge coral A. Jeschel Elaine Silverstein One-of-a-Kind statement necklace.
Provenance: from the estate of a noted New York City psychiatrist and collector of striking, unusual, one-of-a-kind jewels.
The bold clasp, a signature piece, depicts a cinnabar style rondel of a classic Chinese prunus blossom branch, connecting three long, graduated strands of pearl, sponge coral, onyx and coral inlaid silver beads. Fabulous conversation piece, especially for an Asian inspired event. may be worn in a variety of ways- with the clasp as the focal point, as a triple strand or torsade.
