About the Item
A stunning, fine and impressive antique Victorian 12.50 carat amethyst and natural pearl, 14 karat yellow gold pendant; part of our collection of Victorian pendants and necklaces.
This stunning, fine and impressive antique amethyst pendant has been crafted in 14k yellow gold, with an 18k yellow gold chain.
The quatrefoil-shaped pendant is embellished with four impressive cabochon cut amethysts.
The amethysts are further ornamented with an overlapping cross design accented with thirteen pavé set natural pearls.
The lower portion of the pendant supports an articulating pear-shaped pensile drop, ornamented with three further natural pearls.
The reverse of the pendant is fitted with a push fit glass panel which allows a personal memento or keepsake to be displayed.
This antique amethyst pendant suspends from an 18' yellow gold chain via a shaped bale, ornamented with further natural pearls; the chain secures to the reverse with a conventional spring-loaded bolt fastening.
The pendant is supplied with an IDGL gemstone grading report card.
