14k Yellow Gold Frame Silver Atocha Shipwreck Coin Pendant

About the Item

The Nuestra Señora de Atocha was a Spanish treasure galleon that sank in a 1622 hurricane off the Florida Keys while carrying a massive cargo of gold, silver, and emeralds from the New World. After over 350 years lost at sea, it was famously discovered in 1985 by treasure hunter Mel Fisher, making it one of the most valuable shipwreck finds in history.
