Antique Gold Locket
9ct Rose Gold Back & Front
Circa 1890

One side is engraved with a bird surrounded by flowers—precise and decorative. The other shows a basket filled with a stylized bouquet. Both sides are detailed but distinct, reflecting Edwardian craftsmanship.
The locket measures approximately 25mm x 25mm
Height including loop approximately 32mm

*The term gold front & back is often used to describe antique gold lockets which have a front back made from gold. The gold front and back are applied to a base metal frame or sometimes sterling silver. The supporting frame of the locket and hinge are base metal.
