This is truly one of the most spectacular and beautiful antique mourning brooches of its design. It is a very large sized brooch and can also be worn as a pendant, it is a knot form with engraved tendrils forming the knot shape, encompassing a central panel of black enamel. The black enamel oval is decorated with a stunning floral display set with rose cut diamonds that have the wonderful low light twinkle and glint of the old rose cuts. The tendrils take on a naturalist form with lead finials...

Exquisite Antique Swiss green guilloche enamel and silver locket. We believe the piece was a ladies pocket watch previously and converted to a locket later. This enamelled locket was made in Switzerland and it's decorated with a hand painted romantic scene of a pair of a man leaning against the bricked wall towards a last in a dress. The scene is finished with a beautiful scrolled gold frame. This piece is also decorated with delicate seed pearls on the edges from each side (front and back). The locket opens to reveal one compartment separated with a glass where we believe the watch mechanism was one placed. Fully hallmarked inside of the green enamel side: 'ARGENT DORE...
