Antique Victorian Cross pendant brooch, Pearl and paste, 9k gold
About the Item
A magical antique Victorian era cross pendant brooch.
The cross has an engraved front and is adorned with creamy seed pearl along with coral and turquoise coloured paste stones.
It has an unusual and vibrant style which really makes it stand out with cheerful bright shades that draw the eye.
It has a brooch fitting to the reverse and a foldable gold bale so the bale can be tucked away if worn as a brooch.
A gorgeous antique cross with a unique and unusual design.
Marks and era:
19th century, Victorian era, unmarked, electronically tests as 9ct gold.
Condition:
Fair used condition overall, some surface wear and signs of use commensurate with age, overall aged patina, some stones with chips, brooch fitting appears to be a later addition.
