Antique Victorian Era 1866 Commemorative Shield 12 Carat Yellow Gold Pendant
About the Item
The two headed eagle symbolises both power and justice, like the square and compasses symbol, it is synonymous with Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Crafted in 18 carat yellow and white gold with an enamel inlay of blue and red, The Bernard Pendant is a novelty of design. For the collector of curiosities this will be the perfect prize.

The pendant measures approximately 40x29 millimetres.
Inscription
The front inscription reads: "In Memoriam, EM, Obiet, 26 MARCH, 1866".
The reverse inscription reads: "FOR, Distinguished, MERIT, IN, The Practice of, MUSIC"
