Antique Victorian Old Cut Diamond Silver on Gold Bracelet and Pendant, 1866
About the Item
An exceptional piece handmade in the mid 1800's that can be worn as both a bracelet and pendant. This rare piece of jewellery is in immaculate condition for its age, featuring an impressive total of 125 old cut diamonds all mounted in silver on gold, indicative of the period. The bracelets' total diamond weight is approximately 16.00ct with the centre diamond weighing approximately 1.00ct, beautifully set in an 8 claw open back setting. This exceptional piece dated back to the mid 1800's, hand engraved with a date and initials - 15 NOV 1866 GHCE. The piece is finished with a box clasp, catch and safety chain.
