Art Nouveau Ruby Diamond and Enamel Locket Pendant
About the Item
Here we have a charming locket pendant showcasing the fabulous decorative art we have come to associate with the Art Nouveau style and period. This piece has been crafted from 18ct yellow gold into a circular shape and set with a centralised cluster of milgrain set rose cut diamonds and square calibrated rubies. These gemstones have then been encased by a roped bordering and expertly filled green and white enamel. This fine detailing is then accentuated by ribbon-like motifs neatly nestled within.
This characterful pendant is easily opened allowing the wearer to store a small photograph or intimate object within.
