About the Item
This wonderful enamel masterwork depicting colorful birds in flight, is mounted in 14k, 18k and 22k yellow gold and is accessorized with diamonds, pearls and a lovely blue sapphire. Very artistically executed cloisonne enamel is vibrant and the total effect is absolutely palpable. One fine quality brilliant cut round diamond weighs approximately .06ct and one deep blue sapphire weighs approximately .05ct. Situated at the bottom is one greenish cream rose mabe pearl, one 8mm Akoya pearl of matching character and one golden cream color 14.5mm Tahitian Cultured pearl drop described by the GIA as white. This pearl is accompanied by Gemological Institute of America certificate number 2235036033, indicating that it is of saltwater origin and is not enhanced in any way. The tassel of pearls is accented by two diamond roundels. This pendant, which can also be worn as a brooch has monumental scale, measuring 2 7/8 inches by 2 3/16 inches. The rear is stamped 14k, 18k, 22k and Tricia's for the designer.
