Edwardian Natural Saltwater Pearl and Diamond Pendant, circa 1910s

About the Item

A natural pearl and diamond pendant from the Edwardian period, ca. 1910s. The pearl drop is a big natural saltwater basra pearl, weighing approximately 15 carats and measuring approximately 12.8 x 9.7 x 17mm. It has a beautiful orient colour and lustre, with a smooth pearl skin and no cracks or eye visible inclusions. The upper part of the pendant is set with old cut diamonds on an attached chain. The pendant length can be customised if required.
