This stunning, fine and impressive aquamarine jewellery set has been crafted in 15k yellow gold. The antique necklace has a central feature collet set round cut aquamarine. The feature aquamarine is encircled by a halo setting consisting of thirteen millegrain decorated collet set seed pearls. This impressive cluster/halo design supports three chain drops, each terminating with a collet set oval cut aquamarine. The medial drop is further accented with a vertical arrangement of three graduating seed pearls. The pendant suspends from an 16' cable style chain, crafted in 15k yellow gold via two integrated loops to the upper portion of the aquamarine cluster. The matching drop earrings feature a round cut collet set aquamarine at the apex with an articulating vertical drop incorporating four seed pearls. Each earring terminates with a segmented cluster design, featuring a collet set round cut aquamarine to the centre encircled with six individually set seed pearls. These antique aquamarine earrings, for pierced ears, secure to the reverse with plain French hook fastenings The reverse of the pendant is hallmarked with the 15k gold fineness mark (15) and the set has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 15 karat gold. This antique Victorian 15K gold demi-parure comprising pendant earrings and pendant brooch with chain is set with over 10.00 carats of cabochon almandine garnets. The elongated pendant earrings are designed as scrolling leaf motif tops, each with an oval cabochon garnet, flexibly suspending a reverse-tapering drop of floral and foliate form set with pear-shape and oval cabochon garnets, en suite with a conforming pendant brooch and delicate rectangular trace link chain. Still stylish today, the lightly voluminous, repoussé forms have an easy, gentle sway, while their soft bloomed gold and saturated red garnets enliven the eyes and face.
