From the Kent Raible limited edition 'Studio Collection' we present the Cross Pendant. Set at its center is a Princess cut Blue Sapphire with lovely sparkle. That blue is picked up in the surrounding Australian Crystal Fire Opals and a sparkle of Diamond sets it all off beautifully. Notice all the fine detailing in this piece, the flowing lines and fine granulation all come together to create this stunning jewel, a truly timeless treasure! This pendant features the an opening bale so that the clasp size on your chain/pearls/beads, etc. doesn't matter. Can be worn on any chain/strand up to 6mm in diameter. The bale snaps shut securely, and, as you can see in the photos, a safety loop also snaps into place. Blue Sapphire 5mm Princess cut (center) .66ct Australian Opal : 4x6mm pear shape (in Bale), four 3.5mm rounds, total weight .73ct Diamonds: three 3.2mm round GVS/SI .12ct total weight 12.0 grams 18k Gold Fits chains with maximum thickness of 7.2 mm Hand woven chain sold separately. They are created to be just as beautiful as his bespoke work, but by repeating the design, become more affordable. An original piece is fabricated by the artist, and is then molded and cast in 18karat gold. The castings are then finished and granulated by hand. The assembly, stone setting, chain weaving, clasp mechanisms, and finish work are done by the artist himself, and his personally trained goldsmiths. Each limited edition piece, although beginning from the same mold is slightly different; varied stones, granule patterns and other touches make each piece unique.
