Matsuzaki started to combine hand painted porcelain with his jewelry in 1990's. Since last year, he has been collaborating with a Japanese top porcelain painter, Koji Tsunoda. He formerly worked for Okura Art China, one of the most famous chinaware company founded in 1919 in Japan. His hand paintings of roses are particularly known to chinaware collectors, and his quality works are used as Imperial household tableware. Tsunoda painted refined roses in pink and purple tone for this work. Tsutomu Matsuzaki was inspired by antique styles, and designed a simple frame for the porcelain with his original textured metalwork. A very clear Cabochon Pink Tourmaline and a swinging Akoya Pearl enhances beauty of the painting. This comes with linked pearls chain necklace for classic look.
