Approximately 30ct of certified unheated Burmese rubies set in 18k yellow gold in a vintage style of the 90s. The rubies are on the pinker end of the ruby colour scale, allowing for a brighter look when worn. A great necklace to have in the arsenal of basic jewels, it is subtle enough to be layered effectively, yet bold enough to be worn on its own. The clasp features a classic hook and lock system that’s easy to use, and safe to wear. Total weight of the necklace is 19.57g. Total necklace length is 44cm, the line of rubies taking up 21cm of that. The colour, setting and make are reminiscent of an age of economical growth, and if left up to our discretion, we would shorten the necklace into a choker to make it feel fresher.
