A beautiful gold pendant necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and sterling silver, this necklace features a padlock heart pendant, which features a large, central oval-cut garnet. The garnet rests within a bezel setting, and displays a lovely soft red hue. The backside of the locket features a shield-shaped panel, which is encrusted with 5 rose cut diamonds, which rest within bezel settings. Both sides of the heart feature intricate scrolling motif etchings, and the top of the piece features a lock which allows the piece to attach easily to its complementary chain.
