The inspiration for this jewellery collection came to the artist from Berlin, Polya Medvedeva, while she was exploring fragrances with sweet and fresh notes of fig. The collection became a mascot for those who adore fragrances or sunny places where this fruit grows.
Fig is often seen as the equivalent of the bible's forbidden apples, with fig leaves being the only clothes for the first humans in the garden of paradise. The fig tree is also considered to be one of the sacred trees in ancient myths.

Polya's pieces are featured in Vogue UA, Harper’s Bazaar UA, Another magazine UK, and other publications. One of Polya's notable admirers is the German actress Anne Ratte-Polle, who selected her jewelry to wear on the red carpet of the Berlinale Film Festival.
