British Jewelry Box, Kidney - shaped on cabriole legs,interior lined with dark purple colored textile. Solid 925 grade Silver alloy / Sterling Silver US standard. Made in England.The item is hallmarked by letters, L& S mark – Levi & Salaman ( Phineas Harris Levi & Joseph Wolfe Salaman) ,Birmingham Period : Specific hallmark letter ”M ” for the year 1911 .See images of the Flash Gallery for details Measurements: 90 mm long x 43 mm wide at axes , 27 mm thick Weight : 65 grams Fine Used Condition. Polishing of the band is always a final step of any resizing but machinery used for polishing causes vibration that old rings (with prongs for example ) often do not like at all.
