Handmade in solid silver by jeweller Christopher Bilton.
As centuries of philosophy have shown, pleasure-seeking is a major theme in the life experiences of man through out history.
Hedonism – The pursuit of pleasure is the source of the greatest ambivalence. The single-minded pursuit of pleasure reaps diminishing returns and in the end, paradoxically goes against one’s overall well-being.
Hedonism proves to have a self-contradictory quality. The unremitting pursuit of pleasure ironically will eventually destroy happiness and well-being.

Entirely handmade using tradidtional jewellery making techniques.
Solid 925 purity sterling silver.
Wings and tail are detachable from the body.
Standing 7cm tall with an 8cm wing span.
Wooden cube stand 4cm included in the sale.
Her high heels extend down in to holes in the wooden block allowing her to stand securely upright.
