About the Item

Oxidised silver ring in an limited edition of 25. The flint ring represent is made in a lost wax technique. It is beautiful alone or together with the polished silver ring. Born in Verona in 1955, his artistic path developing between his hometown, Venice, Rome and Milan. An artist who, at the edge between reality and imagination, creates natural forms able to manifest primordial and primary aspects. Adventures of earth and water, fire and wind in which natural and artificial, poor and precious are combined. Vigna moves on the edge between the real and the imaginary world, between what it is and what it seems. His works, from sculptures to jewellery, from works on paper to installations, reflect the width and depth of his constant research. Vigna uses various materials such as glass, metals and paper, treated always in a new, surprising way. He explores them and looks to unveil their hidden possibilities. The forms are primary, expression of the elements with which he works. Strong and natural, universal and timeless, rich of symbolic values.
