About the Item

800 silver 5pc sewing kit by Hermann Bauer of Germany. This sewing kit includes small scissors, awl, hook, needle case and thimble. All pieces coordinate with a matching beaded edge design. Scissors measure approx 3 3/4" long, awl measures approx 4 3/16" long, hook measures approx 4 1/16" long, needle case measures approx 2 1/2" long and 3/8" wide, thimble measures approx 3/4" high with 9/16" diameter opening. Weighs approx 32.3g, 20.8dwt total. Scissor, awl, hook and needle case are marked with Hermann Bauer's hallmark HB in crowned crest, 800 crown moon. The scissor is also marked ACIER and HB on each side of the blade portion, the thimble is marked 800. Very nice condition with some tarnish and slight surface scratches. Will come packaged in a gift box or pouch (when possible) and will be shipped US Priority Mail with insurance. Does not include Tiffany & Co box or pouch. CL090724/17KC20
