About the Item
This George Sawyer Mokume half-round ring is designed with palladium & sterling silver for a distinctive and sophisticated look. The interior is stamped " © George Sawyer 500SS B". The style number is R5L and is a size 6.
After studying the ancient Japanese art of folded and layered metal techniques known as Mokume, Mr. Sawyer created his own internationally recognized complex signature style from his Minneapolis, Minnesota studio. His use of color and pattern creates one-of-a-kind, continuous, seamless bands that reflect his passion for jewelry as art. Each piece is marked with Mr. Sawyer's signature and the date it was produced, copyright and trademark symbols, metal content and initial of the goldsmith.
