The marquise shaped, pierced decorated setting is ornamented with a feature 0.42Ct round mixed cut blue sapphire, eight claw / prong set to the center of the design. The ring is embellished with twenty-six pavé set Old European cut diamonds. The elevated, subtly flared ring shoulders are accented with an 18k white gold set Old European round cut diamond and blend seamlessly with the hallmarked ring shank.
