About the Item

Cluster ring in solid 14K Rose Gold holding three rows of 32 Diamonds and a natural Blue Sapphire. Made ca. late XIX - early XX cent. The crown side is 15 mm wide in the middle. Sapphire is of dark Blue color / 7.75 mm x 6.75 mm x 3.7 mm / ca. 2 ct All diamonds are old diamond cut, gradually sized, culets "open" / cut. There are 2 x Ø 4 mm / 0.28 ct each + 6 x Ø 3.5 mm/ 0.21 ct each + 2 x Ø 3 mm / 0.14 ct each + 4 x Ø 2.5 mm / 0.08 ct each + 4 x Ø 2 mm / 0.04 ct each + 4 x Ø 1.75 mm / 0.025 ct each + 10 x Ø 1.5 mm / 0.02 ct each. Counting : 0.56 ct + 1.26 ct + 0.28 ct + 0.32 ct + 0.16 ct + 0.1 ct + 0.2 ct = 2.82 ctw. Color range ca. H - J / VS - P1 . All Stones have backs open. No Hallmarks. Alloy tested solid 14K Gold. Size: Ø 6.5 US/ 16.92 mm. Weight: 4.9 grams Condition: fine used, previously sized. All stones are original, secure settings with no worn claws. A few diamonds have microchips on the crowns, no split or seriously damaged stones.
