About the Item

A fine and impressive antique French 0.24 carat natural sapphire and 0.30 carat diamond, 18 karat white gold dress ring; part of our antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections This fine sapphire and diamond dress ring has been crafted in 18k white gold. The subtly curved, pierced decorated rectangular frame displays six feature calibre cut natural blue sapphires tension set to the centre. The sapphires are flanked above and below by six Old European round cut diamonds pavé set within the millegrain decorated rectangular design. The hallmarked 18k white gold shank has multi strand layered design which flares and divides at the shoulders. The exterior of the shank is clearly hallmarked with the French gold guarantee mark (eagle's head). This sapphire and diamond ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. This original antique ring has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18k gold. Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.
