1925 Art Deco Platinum Diamond & Pearl Bypass Ring - Platinum Over Gold
About the Item
This is an Art Deco bypass ring from 1925, platinum over gold, featuring diamond and pearl. Being made in platinum over gold, this ring features a combination of benefits from both. The yellow making the band provides a beautiful tone contrasting with the platinum housing the diamond and pearl. Gold is malleable, making it a good surface for engravings. The gold meets the platinum where the bypass begins and contains .16 ct of G color VS2 diamonds, as well as a 4.15mm round pearl. Bypass rings are said to by symbolic, representing a journey of two paths converging, making this ring a perfect gift for a significant other.
