A stunning, fine and impressive antique Art Deco 2.82 carat Burmese sapphire and 0.24 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow and white gold cocktail ring; part of our diverse gemstone jewelry and estate jewelry collections This stunning, fine and impressive Art Deco sapphire ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a platinum setting. The substantial geometric, Art Deco design is ornamented with a central feature 2.82Ct unheated Burmese blue sapphire, platinum claw set to the center. The sapphire is flanked to either side with a total of twelve pavé set eight cut diamonds to the rounded, tiered shoulders. The elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. This sapphire and diamond yellow gold ring is hallmarked to the outer shank with the French import marks for 18k gold (owl) and platinum (masked man), in addition to the maker's mark. The ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card, in addition to a sapphire report supplied by the Gemmological Certification Services*, London. NOTE: * This documentation accredits the sapphire originating in Myanmar (Burma) and certifies that the gemstone shows no indications of heating; non-heated sapphires are a scarcity.
