Vintage 3.57 Carat Sapphire 2.37 Carat Diamond Platinum Cocktail Ring
About the Item
A stunning vintage 1950s 3.57 carat sapphire and 2.37 carat diamond, platinum cocktail ring; part of our diverse gemstone jewelry and estate jewelry collections.
This stunning, fine and impressive sapphire and diamond ring has been crafted in platinum.
The substantial, shaped setting is ornamented with a feature 3.57Ct round mixed cut blue sapphire, bezel set in subtle relief to the center.
eight channel set baguette cut diamonds emanate from the central sapphire, displayed in pairs.
The surrounding setting is embellished with a total of sixty pavé set eight-cut diamonds.
The elevated and flared ring shoulders are each accented with six larger transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, integrating with the main setting and melding seamlessly with the plain ring shank.
The ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the platinum fineness mark (PT950) and the lozenge shaped makers mark.
This vintage sapphire and diamond ring in platinum is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card.

Condition
This stunning vintage cocktail ring is exceptional quality set with a stunning sapphire and very well color matched, very high color graded diamonds displaying a fine white color and brilliance. The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition with very clearly struck hallmarks to the interior of the shank.
