This gorgeous ring is a breathtaking work of art featuring a bright, cushion-shaped blue sapphire that has been set "east west" in a hand engraved, 18k yellow gold ring. This ring was custom designed for the center gemstone and has been made and finished entirely by hand. Using a brilliant combination of white and yellow gold, the entire ring is covered with impeccable and intricate details that display a level of artisan skill and craftsmanship rarely seen today.
