This is ring is just breathtaking. SUPER Fine Tanzanite is one of the most beautiful gemstone in the treasure of Mother Nature. A RARE opportunity to own a nice Tanzanite ring with true substance! The total weight of the Gems- is just shy 6.00ct (5.97cttw). This Exquisite ESTATE Vintage Cushion 4.27CT Center TANZANITE in VIOLETISH BLUE color, FLAWLESS (clear, no inclusions) . It is set into a Wonderful Handmade Platinum Double Row Halo Setting with a all around Diamond triple split shank!! Very heavy , substantial mounting with just touch of 18k yellow gold prongs that holds the Tanzanite. MASTERPIECE . Platinum and 18k setting ( stamped ) has Diamond Pave set rounds around the center and in the band, estimated carat weight is 1.70CT. The Diamonds are F-G color, VS clarity overall. The ring measures North to South 18.83mm and West to East 16.84mm- HUGE!! Will practically cover your knuckle. The band tappers from 4.28mm to 1.59mm, the ring weights 13.30 grams, nice and solid. Sits medium to high on the finger- 8.0mm. The ring is finger size 6. Unfortunately, tanzanite appears more blue on the pictures. This setting showcases this Rare Gem just right, it looks amazing against the White Brilliant Diamonds! NATURAL, NO treatments, VERY BRILLIANT!! PERFECT look. Ring is in good to excellent condition, no sign of wear to the setting , no deep knicks to the metals. Center Tanzanite is in good condition with no wear to the girdle. All wear would be consistent with age and use. The 18k gold prongs were professionally re-tipped. The ring has been polished by our jewelers.
