Antique French Emerald and 1.06 Carat Diamond Platinum Ring

About the Item

A stunning antique French 0.97 carat Colombian emerald and 1.06 carat diamond, platinum dress ring; part of our diverse antique jewelry and estate jewelry collections This stunning, fine and impressive antique emerald and diamond ring has been crafted in platinum. The pierced decorated, Art Deco geometric design is ornamented with a feature collet set 0.97ct octagonal cut Colombian emerald. The feature emerald is flanked to the upper and lower borders with a feature 0.31ct and 0.34ct transitional modern brilliant round cut diamond, collet set. The central arrangement is surrounded by a tepped, tapering design, embellished with a further thirty-four pavé set eight-cut diamonds. The elevated, pierced decorated ring shoulders integrate with the main setting and blend seamlessly with the plain ring shank. The ring is hallmarked twice to the outer surface with the French import mark for platinum (masked man). This antique gemstone cocktail ring is supplied with two independent diamond grading certificates for the feature diamonds in addition to an independent diamond grading report card for the supporting stones and emerald. NOTE: * The Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) lab has verbally accredited the emerald originating in Colombia and verifies that the gemstone shows indications of minor clarity enhancement. Images do not always reflect the true color and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual color and showcases each stone. Condition This stunning antique Art Deco ring is exceptional quality set with an impressive emerald displaying a fine vibrant color and brilliance, and very high color graded old cut diamonds displaying a fine white color, brilliance and presence. The ring is a very good gauge of platinum and is in excellent condition, with clear French import marks to the outer surface of the shank. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique jewellery/estate jewelry.
