Here we have a art deco classic, in the deco era not everyone could afford, and some did not care if it was a gem or not. The beautiful blue stone is glass, the vibrant color is breathtaking. The facets that are cut in catch the light giving you a new flash of light at every turn. The 14K white gold mounting has wonderful filigree work that wraps around the shanks and up through the gallery allowing that light through.
