    A stunning, fine and impressive antique 0.70 carat demantoid garnet and 0.31 carat diamond, 18 karat yellow gold and platinum set cocktail ring; part of our diverse range of gemstone jewelry. This stunning, fine and impressive antique gemstone ring has been crafted in 18k yellow gold with a platinum setting. The substantial pierced decorated frame features an impressive Old European round cut diamond, claw set to the center of the circular design. This feature diamond is encircled by six stunning round faceted cut demantoid garnets*, totalling 0.70Cts. The scalloped outer circumference of the cluster design is embellished with twenty-five claw set eight cut diamonds, completing design. The pierced decorated, elevated shoulders blend seamlessly to the plain yellow gold shank. The shank is embellished to the interior with the contemporary engraved inscription '1st Sep 1911'. This garnet and diamond ring in yellow gold has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 karat gold and platinum. This impressive antique ring is supplied with an independent diamond grading report card. This stunning antique ring is the finest of its type you could hope to acquire; such an original antique example featuring stunning garnets of such an intense color is becoming increasingly difficult to locate. NOTE: * Demantoid is the green variety of andradite garnet and is the most valuable and rare of the garnet family.
