About the Item
Inspired by our glittering yet mysterious galaxy, this handcrafted 18k yellow gold Chichi Ring with princess-cut diamonds, yellow sapphires and citrines is a puzzle of modern and galactic references. The Chichi ring is a whimsical yet elegant design that features an arrangement of cubes inspired by Modernism arts, and It depicts a galaxy filled with dazzling stars. The shape of the design took reference from the classic arcade game - Tetris. If we break the ring apart, it is constructed of 17 pieces of Tetris Blocks. The ring is finished in Modern Art-Deco and Cubism-inspired palettes.
The Chichi Ring is a made-to-order item crafted using 100% recycled 18k yellow gold. Each gemstone is natural, ethically sourced and carefully selected by designer and founder Edward Xu, then set by hand in our London workshop. Each enamel block is hand-painted by our artisans with great precision. This ring is tested and hallmarked by the London Assay office.
