"Costis" Snail Shell Ring, Pave' with 4.39 carats of Pink Sapphires and Diamonds on the Rim.
Costis loves to observe nature; the sea, the flowers, the animals, the world we live in. These are the forms he re-creates through his jewelry, by enhancing the sculptural element in any object; by taking the ordinary and elevating it into the realm of extraordinary. Costis is intrigued by the challenge of elevating a simple, everyday item into a piece of art.
The “Snail Shell” collection, inspired by the humble little snail, is transformed into an imposing ring or bracelet. He has cut the inner part of the shell to create a comfortable piece of jewelry, an organic line that, although bold, it is so easy to wear and has become an absolute hit in the American market, following its European success.
The snail is Costis’ favorite creature; its shell became a source of true inspiration. The finger slips into the outer layer of the “shell” and settles in this ring as comfortably, as the snail lives within its shell.
Pave’ Ring in 18K Rose Gold, with 0.34 carats of exquisite White Diamonds on the rim and carefully selected Pink Sapphires totaling 4.39 carats.
