Art Deco Colombian Square Cut Emerald Diamond Platinum Three-Stone Ring
About the Item
You will truly "go green" with this extraordinary AGL and Gubelin certified Colombian untreated 2.78 carat square cut emerald ring attributed to the most ancient of mines. With an exceptional and pure green hue, this vivid emerald forms the centerpiece of this magical Art Deco three-stone ring. Attributed to the Chivor mine, worked as early as 500 AD and the source of the legendary Moghul emeralds found in East Indian treasures, this ring reflects that old world strength, richness, and grace. The robust half-moon cut GIA certified side diamonds have ideal proportions and a total weight of 3.15 carats, D color, VS1-2 clarity. Mounted in its original Art Deco style platinum setting, with shoulders showcasing a trefoil motif of three small pear shaped diamonds, this magnificent ring is destined to become a family heirloom. Circa 1925-30. Size 6 3/4. Can be custom sized. Emerald AGL certification #CS 68916/Gubelin certification #15075166. No oil enhancement applied to emerald as indicated on certs. Diamond GIA certifications #2173219581/#51722119577.
