Certified D Colorless 1.01 Carat Diamond Cushion in Platinum Engagement Ring
About the Item
Eytan Brandes crafted a clean and elegant platinum cathedral halo setting to show off this superb, very white, cushion-shaped diamond.
The diamond has an EGL mini-certification from 2012 indicating 1.01 carats in weight, VS2 clarity and D color -- the highest color rating for white diamonds. This is a very lively stone with a lot of presence.
Thirty round, bright white, earth-mined and natural white diamonds -- a quarter carat in total -- complement the center stone, forming the sparkling halo and adorning the arched shoulders. Tidy and modern U-settings ensure maximum impact for each small stone.
The face of the ring is 8mm tall. The halo is 8.5mm wide. The band is 1.8mm wide and thick. The front elevation is just under 7mm.
Currently the ring is a size 5.5. Resizing is complimentary for full-price buyers and negotiable otherwise.
The ring weighs 4.2 grams.
In addition to the EGL mini-certification and the resizing, we will provide an appraisal for insurance purposes. If you would like an updated certification, either EGL or GIA, we can negotiate this with the price.
