About the Item
New platinum color change sapphire ring set with an untreated oval cut Ceylon sapphire, violet changing to purple measuring 7.67 x 6.26 x 4.37 mm weighing 1.81 carats. Type II. Medium-light, moderately strong violet color GIA color V 4/4 changing to medium light, moderately strong, purple color GIA P 4/4, set with 20 round brilliant cut diamonds with a weight 0.30, VS-Si clarity, G-H color.
Sapphire Ring Company presents this beautiful color-change sapphire ring. This unheated, no-heat 1.81 ct oval cut sapphire takes on a brilliant violet hue that changes from violet to purple when viewed from natural light to fluorescent and incandescent lighting. This natural sapphire carries two GIA color grades, GIA V 4/4 to P 4/4.
This transparent oval cut sapphire carries an excellent balance of tone and saturation, coupled with a fantastic cut and polish, leaving you with a beautiful gem.
Our master jeweler has crafted this distinguished platinum diamond ring with an antique look. It features a halo of round brilliant-cut diamonds that frame this sapphire cut and shape perfectly with a classic basket sapphire housing and a plain platinum shank, leaving you with a beautiful antique-style custom sapphire ring.
Natural, unheated color changes sapphires are extremely rare in the sapphire family and are highly prized stones, especially in these two hues.
