Size 7.5 The Astrolabe collection by Chicago based fine jewelry designer Viviana Langhoff features celestial treasures in rich high polished 14k yellow gold set with a galaxy of black, white, and champagne diamond stars. Etched star paths and serpentine lines are meticulously hand-worked into each piece.Please note that each stone is unique with its own inclusions that emulate the appearance of a galaxy within. Viviana Langhoff’s work is centered on the idea of heirloom. “History and storytelling are all often focused around objects; I’ve always wanted to design, craft, and make that heritage beautiful.” Viviana established her point of view in the realm of fine jewelry after studying conceptual design at the School of the Art Institute. She continued her education in metalsmithing at Columbia College while simultaneously working under both fine jewelers and contemporary art jewelry makers. She’s now been working in design under her own name for over 10 years, creating custom fine jewelry, interiors, and decorative objects. Viviana is known for her intricate metalwork, modern bridal styles, and one-of-a-kind pieces featuring unexpected hues, antique stones, and historical reference. Borrowing from the worlds of fine art, cultural adornment, and design, her custom work appeals to the expressive and open-minded individual—those who value individuality, creative collaboration, and are unafraid to stand out. ASTROLABE: The Astrolabe collection is a reflection of the cosmos, and each piece is a glimmering facet of the universe. Viewing the collection as a whole is to witness a map of the stars unfolding.
