A Roman gold and banded agate amulet ring Circa 3rd Century A.D. The circular banded agate cabochon in the shape of an eye meant to protect the wearer, in a period high carat gold setting. Both the agate and the gold showing age appropriate wear. The agate, very smooth from centuries of being handled for luck.
