This mid-century Italian vintage ring from the 1960s features a striking tension-set emerald-cut green tourmaline. Crafted in rich 18K yellow gold, the ring’s features two screws, one on either side of the center stone, creating a modern feel that put the mechanics of the ring as a focal point.
The centerpiece of this contemporary industrial design is a deep green tourmaline measuring approximately 16mm x 10mm, estimated at 5.5 carats. Securely tension-set, the gem is anchored without prongs, allowing for maximum light and visual impact.
