About the Item

Fine Austrian ring made ca. late 19 early 20 century period. Silver on Gold openwork crown with 15 Diamond stones. Band shows ca. early 1900's Austrian Hungarian Imperial period 14K Gold hallmarks with a head of a dog in enclosure, letter A for Vienna city. Crown is 17 mm x 15 mm at axes x 3.5 mm deep. Largest stone is Ø 3.5 mm x 2.3 mm deep ca / ca 0.2 ct + two Ø 3.25 mm x 2.4 mm deep / ca. 0.15 ct each + 8 medium sized old diamond cut diamonds Ø 2 mm / ca 0.03ctw and four Ø 1.75 mm / 0.02ct. Thus total weight of all diamonds is ca. 1 ctw. All Diamonds of old European Diamond color ca F,G / VVS. All stones are hand cut, all have open backs. Very shiny and sparking stones. Finest Used condition. Patina on metal that I decided not to touch at all. No damaged or missing stones. Size : Ø 6.25 US / 16.71 mm. Can be sized a bit . Weight: 3 grams.
